Refund and Returns

At SabarBBQ, we take pride in serving high-quality food and providing excellent customer service. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to make it right.


1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been prepared or delivered.

If you receive the wrong order or your food is damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and include proof (such as a photo). Our team will review your claim and respond promptly.


2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The order you received was incorrect

  • Your order was not delivered

  • The food arrived in unacceptable condition (damaged, spoiled, or inedible)

Once your claim is verified, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them by contacting us directly.

  • Once the order has been prepared or is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is approved before preparation begins, you’ll receive a full refund.
