Return & Refund Policy

At SabarBBQ, we take pride in the quality of our food and customer service. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been prepared or delivered.

If you received the wrong order or the item was damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with proof (such as a photo) so we can review and resolve the issue.

2. Refunds

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • You received an incorrect order

  • Your order was never delivered

  • The food was significantly damaged or spoiled upon arrival

Once your claim is verified, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

3. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing the order by calling us directly.

  • Once food preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.

  • If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.
